In 2016 Geoffrey decided to donate the final piece of the public art project "Birds on Colorado Ave" to the city of Stuart, Florida. It is the sixth and final Smith sculpture in this public arts project that lines Colorado Ave.

 

He chose one of this favorite sculptures, the "Three Heron Monument" depicting three life-size great blue herons in a tree to grace the entrance into the historic downtown area.
