Majesty of the Glade
Limited Edition Bronze Sculpture of a Florida Panther by Geoffrey C. Smith, 2003
39.25"L x 29"W x 21.5"H
Majesty of the Glade celebrates the strength and grace of Florida's most iconic wild cat. A life-sized Florida panther lounges in a moment of repose, its form captured with a regal posture and watchful expression. Cast using the traditional lost-wax method, Smith hand-sculpts the panther’s keen eyes, rested paws, and musculature with expressive detail.
Finished with a hand-applied patina, the bronze catches shifting light to highlight the fine details of the sculpture. Both commanding and graceful, this piece serves as a captivating statement, bringing a sense of power, composure, and regal dignity into any space.
