Utilizing the traditional lost-wax method, this detailed process brings out the soft, individual plumage textures of the heron alongside the rigid, linear surfaces of the surrounding tule reeds.
The composition rises from a naturalistic, organic base that mimics the native wetlands. Hand-applied finishes create a striking combination of realistic bird tones and deep patinas that actively interact with room lighting to add great visual depth.
