The White Marlin (Tetrapturus albidus) live in the tropical and subtropical epipelagic zone of the Atlantic Ocean. They are smaller than the blue marlin, growing only up 9.5ft in length and around 180lbs.
They have been known to swim through a school of prey and use their bills to stun the fish then double back and eat them. Fished for sport and commercially. Their declining numbers have them listed as vulnerable, but not yet endangered.
