Cheetahs

Cheetahs are large cats and are the fastest land animals in the world. They can reach speeds up to 60-70 miles per hour, but run at half the speed when chasing their prey. They often need at least 30 minutes to rest before they start eating. They have an excellent eyesight that is beneficial for finding their prey. Cheetahs are on the brink of extinction, as the loss of habitat and declining numbers are harming the future of this species.
