Bald Eagle

The American Bald Eagle (Hiliaeetus leucocephalus) is a large bird of prey found across North America and Mexico. This sea eagle is found
near large bodies of open water with abundant food and old-growth trees.
The bald eagle is an opportunistic feeder which subsists mainly on fish, which it swoops down and snatches from the water with its large talons. The sexes are identical in plumage. They are not considered endangered at this time.
