Little Blue Herons (Egretta caerulea) are commonly found in Southeast North America and live year-round in Florida. They can be spotted around wetlands and estuaries feeding on small fish, crustaceans, and invertebrates. Their numbers have been steadily declining, but they are not endangered at this time.
